Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, signing in, or using Aks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, you should not use the application.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for the activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account details and keep them up to date.

You may only record screens, audio, video, meetings, viewers, or participants when you have the legal right and all required permissions or consent to do so. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws, workplace rules, platform policies, and any notice requirements that apply to your recording.

You retain responsibility for the recordings and materials you create through Aks. The app does not claim ownership of your content, but you grant Aks the limited rights needed to capture, process, store, upload, generate thumbnails, play back, download, share, and deliver invitations for your recordings.

You must not use the app for unlawful surveillance, unauthorized recording, credential theft, malware delivery, or any activity that harms other users, systems, or networks.

If you create a public share link or invite viewers, anyone with access to that link or invitation may be able to view the recording unless additional restrictions are added in the product. You are responsible for the people you invite, the links you distribute, and the content you make available through Aks.

Aks may apply free recording limits, upload limits, plan rules, subscription status checks, or other account controls. Features and limits may change over time. Attempts to bypass limits, abuse storage, or create misleading account activity may result in blocked uploads, suspended access, or removal of content.

Features may change over time, and availability is not guaranteed at all times. Local browser storage, Firebase services, network conditions, browser permissions, operating-system restrictions, or third-party outages may affect recording reliability, upload success, share-link access, and saved content.

We may suspend or terminate access to Aks if misuse, abuse, security concerns, excessive storage usage, illegal content, or policy violations are detected. You may stop using the service at any time by signing out and discontinuing access.

Aks is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for lost recordings, failed uploads, broken share links, unavailable playback, indirect damages, interrupted business operations, or consequences resulting from misuse, unsupported browsers, denied permissions, or unstable networks.
